Selecting 'open tickets' allows you to make a booking without a fixed return date.

Open tickets are valid for up to 12 months from booking date (see ticket conditions).

- Please click in the white 'date' box and a calendar will pop up.
- Select your preferred date if displayed or alternatively use the arrows to change Month or Year.
- Then, please select a time on that date that you'd like to travel. We'll display the nearest available sailing on the results page.

If there are no dates shown then the ferry operator has not yet released schedules for future sailings. Either try a different route or please check back in a few days. You may also contact us for further advice.

Please select the total number of passengers travelling on the ferry, including the driver (where the booking includes a vehicle).

Please select the passenger age(s) based on the age(s) when travel will occur.

Foot Passengers
If you are travelling as a foot passenger, then please select the 'No vehicle' option.
If this route does not carry foot passengers then the 'No vehicle' option will not be available.

With Vehicle
If you are travelling with a vehicle, please select 'With Vehicle'. The vehicle type menu will now display the types of vehicle that are accepted on this route.
Please note, if you are travelling in a commercial vehicle, or a vehicle designed for commercial use then you may have to travel as a freight vehicle. Please contact for confirmation of this. Failure to do so may result in heavily increased charges at the port of departure.

Car
Please also select the make of your car, followed by the model.
If your vehicle is not in the list, then please select 'Other' from the top of the list.
You will then need to add the make and model manually, followed by the height and length of your vehicle.
Please note, the size and length of your vehicle is a major factor in determining the price for your journey. Failure to input these details correctly may result in either paying too much for your journey or an extra charge at the port of departure.

Camper / Motorhome / Minibus / Van
Please input the make and model, followed by the height and length of your vehicle.

Motorcycle
Please input the make and model of your motorcycle into the 'Vehicle Make' and 'Vehicle Model' boxes.

Bicycle
Please select Bicycle from the Menu and then proceed to the next stage

Caravan / Trailer
If you are not taking a Caravan or Trailer with you, then please select 'none' and proceed to the next stage.
Otherwise, please select either Caravan or Trailer and then select the length and height (including the contents of the trailer if applicable), then proceed to the next stage.
If your vehicle is longer/higher than the lengths/heights in the menu, then please contact to proceed with your booking.

Pets
Passengers travelling with animals are responsible for ensuring that they comply with the necessary regulations and meet the requirements of each country or territory that they are travelling to or from. Any documentation required to permit an animal to board must be in original format. Photocopies will not be accepted.
